CVHST he Vanguard program is now located in its own building at the former Carnegie Elementary School (Scott @ Airport, just east of Hwy. 288). The Carnegie Vanguard High School (CVHS) has been ranked 7th in Texas by the Texas Educational Excellence Project. Read about it here.
